2019/11/01 - AWS Database Migration Service - 7 updated api methods

Changes This release contains task timeline attributes in replication task statistics. This release also adds a note to the documentation for the CdcStartPosition task request parameter. This note describes how to enable the use of native CDC start points for a PostgreSQL source by setting the new slotName extra connection attribute on the source endpoint to the name of an existing logical replication slot.

Note

When you use this task setting with a source PostgreSQL database, a logical replication slot should already be created and associated with the source endpoint. You can verify this by setting the slotName extra connection attribute to the name of this logical replication slot. You can't modify the task endpoints. The task must be stopped before you can modify it.
