2019/12/19 - Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud - 1 updated api methods

Changes We are updating the supportedRootDevices field to supportedRootDeviceTypes for DescribeInstanceTypes API to ensure that the actual value is returned, correcting a previous error in the model.
