2020/11/06 - Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud - 1 updated api methods

Changes Network card support with four new attributes: NetworkCardIndex, NetworkPerformance, DefaultNetworkCardIndex, and MaximumNetworkInterfaces, added to the DescribeInstanceTypes API.
